DAYLIGHT is Solubrae's Pinot Grigio, sourced from premium grapes in Sonoma County and made through the same traditional winemaking process used for any good California white. After fermentation, a gentle cold-temperature process removes the alcohol, preserving the full aromatic profile, the fruit character, the texture, and the dry, mineral finish. The result is a wine that stands on its own merits.

Sonoma County is one of the great white wine regions in the world, and DAYLIGHT draws directly from that identity. The Pacific Ocean drives cool air through the county's coastal valleys each afternoon, moderating temperatures and extending the growing season. Grapes develop slowly, building complexity, natural acidity, and concentrated fruit that survives the winemaking process intact. Cooler subregions like the Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley push these qualities furthest, and the character of those vineyards comes through clearly in the glass.
