Welcome to Solubrae (“we,” “us,” “our”). Solubrae is a brand owned and operated by The Heaton Hunt Group, Inc., a California corporation.

By accessing or purchasing from www.solubrae.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Solubrae products are classified as non-alcoholic beverages under U.S. law and contain less than 0.5% ABV.

While our products are non-alcoholic, by using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase non-alcoholic wine products).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

 

3. Orders & Payment

 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • All billing information is accurate and complete.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Correct pricing errors

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Solubrae is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

 

5. Returns & Damaged Products


Due to the nature of beverage products, we do not accept returns.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact hello@solubrae.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photo documentation.

  • We will review and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

 

 

6. Subscriptions & Bundles

 

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

  • Subscription frequency and pricing are displayed at checkout.

  • You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription through your account portal prior to the next billing cycle.

 

Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic processing.


Promotional bundle pricing cannot be retroactively applied.

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from Solubrae.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
