• Tracking information is provided once your order ships
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timelines:

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Thoughtfully Packed
Each Solubrae order is carefully packed to protect your beverages and merchandise during transit.
We use protective materials and quality packing standards to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@solubrae.com with photo documentation.
4. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed automatically according to your selected delivery frequency.
Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date, and your order will ship within our standard processing window.
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date through your account portal.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
Solubrae products contain less than 0.5% ABV and are classified as non-alcoholic beverages under U.S. law. However, we reserve the right to limit or refuse shipment to any location where local regulations may restrict delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Solubrae is not responsible for lost shipments resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Solubrae is not responsible for shipping delays.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Please check with neighbors or your local carrier.

While we will help initiate carrier claims when appropriate, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
9. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
