Yes. Solubrae begins as traditional wine made from California-grown grapes. After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed using a spinning cone process, preserving aroma, flavor, and structure.

It’s real wine — just without the alcohol.

Solubrae is designed for those who want:

• The ritual of wine

• The flavor of wine

• The sophistication of wine

• Without the alcohol

Whether you’re moderating, hosting, training, celebrating, or simply curious — Solubrae fits beautifully into your lifestyle.

We use a spinning cone process — a refined technique that gently separates alcohol from wine at low temperatures.

This method helps preserve delicate aromatics and flavor compounds. It’s often considered one of the most advanced alcohol-removal methods available — and we like to think of it as “gentler on the grapes.”

Solubrae contains less than 0.5% ABV, which classifies it as non-alcoholic under U.S. law.

For perspective, certain everyday foods like kombucha, ripe bananas, and fruit juices may naturally contain similar trace amounts.

Dealcoholized wine starts as traditional wine that has undergone fermentation, and then the alcohol is removed.

Non-alcoholic wine is the legal classification (less than 0.5% ABV).

Solubrae is both:

  • It is dealcoholized wine (real wine with alcohol removed).
  • It is legally classified as non-alcoholic.

We prefer the term alcohol-removed wine because it most accurately reflects the process.

Yes. Our wine is made and bottled in California.

We partner with experienced California winemakers who craft the base wine before it undergoes alcohol removal.

All ingredients are listed directly on each bottle for full transparency.

Because Solubrae begins as real wine, you can expect traditional wine ingredients such as:

  • Grapes
  • Yeast
  • Sulfites (naturally occurring and/or added for stability)

We believe in clear labeling — no hidden ingredients.

All Solubrae bottles are 750 mL — the same size as a traditional wine bottle.

Made for sharing, gathering, or savoring slowly.

For the best experience, we recommend serving Solubrae between 55–65°F.

This temperature range allows the wine’s aroma and flavor to fully express themselves — similar to traditional wine.

If refrigerated, allow the bottle to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Unopened bottles should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and are best enjoyed within 12–18 months of purchase.

Once opened:

  • Refrigerate
  • Reseal tightly
  • Enjoy within 3–5 days for optimal flavor

As with traditional wine, freshness and storage conditions matter.

Because Solubrae begins as real wine, it retains structure, acidity, and layered flavor — without the alcohol.

You can expect:

  • Balanced acidity
  • Gentle tannin (if applicable)
  • A familiar wine ritual, just lighter

It’s not grape juice. It’s wine — reimagined.

While Solubrae contains less than 0.5% ABV, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, or have specific medical concerns.
