SOLUBRAE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Solubrae. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.

1. 14-Day Return Window (Merchandise Only)

 

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.


Eligible items include:

  • Apparel

  • Headwear

  • Accessories

 

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of beverage products, all beverage purchases are final sale, including unopened bottles.


We do not accept returns or exchanges on beverage products.


This policy ensures product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

 


 

3. How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@solubrae.com

  2. Include your order number and item(s) you wish to return

  3. Wait for return authorization instructions before shipping

 

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

 


 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Solubrae is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.

 

If your return does not meet our eligibility requirements, we will notify you.

 


 

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact hello@solubrae.com within 2 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

 

We will review the matter and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 


 

 

7. Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  • Return the eligible merchandise

  • Place a new order once your refund is processed

 

 


 

 

8. Subscription Orders


Beverage subscription orders are final sale once processed.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription through your account portal prior to your next billing date.
