SUNDOWN is Solubrae's rosé, a blend of Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir sourced from California vineyards and made through traditional winemaking before a gentle, cold-temperature process removes the alcohol. The Pinot Grigio provides bright acidity and floral lift. The Pinot Noir contributes color, body, and the berry character that makes SUNDOWN taste like a real rosé rather than a tinted white. The Sundown Difference

SUNDOWN starts with two California varietals that drive toward dryness from the beginning: Pinot Grigio for bright acidity and Pinot Noir for tannic structure and color. Both are grown in California's cool coastal regions where grapes ripen at a measured pace and natural acidity stays high, and the wine is fermented to dryness before alcohol removal, so the dry finish doesn't need to be manufactured.

About Solubrae

Solubrae was founded by actress Patricia Heaton and producer David Hunt of FourBoys Entertainment, two people with deep roots in California who believe great wine should be available to everyone at the table. SUNDOWN reflects that vision: a California rosé built for real evenings with real people.

On the nose: wild strawberry, fresh watermelon, and a soft rose-petal lift. On the palate: the fruit is ripe but not sweet, melon and berry leading into a dry, clean finish with real structure. Serve well chilled at 45-50 degrees F.
